1- The sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the developer and the purchaser
2- In case that the purchaser is a minor, the sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the guardian and a copy of the guardian’s passport or ID shall be attached.
3- The sale and purchase contract shall be registered in the provisional register within 90 days from the date of signing the contract
4- In case that the purchaser is a decree holder person, a valid letter to To Whom It May Concern issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and UAE citizenship shall be attached.
