This service allows applying for the registration of a real estate company for practicing supervision services for joint ownership properties through the online Mollak System.
Via the online system
Step I: Signing up and creating an account on Mollak system (if the customer signs up for the first time) or log in and selecting the service
Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the required documents, and sending the application online
Step III: Auditing the application and sending a notice of acceptance or rejection of the application via the system
Step IV: Receiving a notice of approval via e-mail
Step V: Viewing the data on the Land Department's website (Mollak system)
Filling in the required details through the online Mollak System and uploading the following documents:
The company
1- The company logo image
Director of the company
1- A personal photo of the company's director
Owners Affairs Manager
1- A personal photo
2- An experience certificate of no less than (3) years in owners’ affairs or complex management
Finance Manager
1- A personal photo
2- An experience certificate of not less than (3) years in financial management
Facilities Management Manager
1- A personal photo
2- An experience certificate of not less than (3) years in facility management or maintenance field

1- The residences for expatriates must be on the same real estate license
2- Applying for a certificate of good conduct from the Dubai Police addressed to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency
3- No person has the right to practice the activity registered in the license only after registering in the Mollak system and obtaining a professional identification card
4- Neither the management company nor the employees may engage in any other unauthorized activity.
