Amendment of details of a person / entity application

This service allows individuals and companies to apply for updating owners' details to keep up with the changes occurring to the same, and thus update their file in the Department's system, and then complete their procedures based on such update.


For individuals:
1- The UAE ID of the owners
2- Passport for non-residents
For companies:
1- Trade license (new)
2- Partnership Contract (Memorandum of Association)
3- An entity's letter addressed to the Department
4- A person authorized to submit the application (power of attorney)
5- The UAE ID of the owners


Free service
in case of an application to amend details that is irrelevant to any procedure, a fee of AED 20 + VAT for the service partners fee to be added

Via a service center
Step I: A customer will move to a service center - Real Estate Services trustee Centers
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered and updated into the system by an employee
