Heirs Ownership Registration Application

This service allows the heirs to apply for a property registration by registering the transfer of a property from the deceased person to the heirs according to the Decree of Distribution.

1- A Decree of Distribution
2- UAE ID for all heirs of the UAE citizens and Residents
3- Copies of valid passports for heirs (non-residents)
4- A no objection letter (NOC) from a mortgagor in case the property is under mortgage
5- A letter from Dubai courts, the courts of other Emirates, or the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation addressed to Dubai Land Department, indicating the transfer of the property to the names of the heirs.

AED 250 fee for issuing a Certificate of Title / Title deed
AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for a land map for the unified map with Dubai Municipality

AED 10 knowledge fee for each drawing
AED 10 innovation fee for each drawing

Step I: A customer will move to a service center - Real Estate Services Trustee Centers
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee.
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
Step V: The transaction will be audited and approved
Step VI: A link of the title deed and the map will be sent via e-mail to the customer
