This service allows customers to apply to register inherited property. The transfer of ownership of the property from the deceased to the heirs is registered according to the succession certificate.
1- Succession Certificate.
2- Emirates ID Cards of all heirs (UAE citizens and residents).
3- Copies of Valid Passports for heirs (non-residents).
4- Original Title Deed of the inherited property or land.
In the event of a dispute between the heirs, a legal agency must be provided to represent the heirs
Total Service Fee of AED 1,000 per inherited property
AED 250 as Title Deed issuance fees
Map Issuance Fees (based on the type of property)
AED 10 Knowledge Fees for each fee
AED 10 Innovation Fees for each fee
Via the service centre:
Step 1: The customer visits one of the real estate serice trustee centres
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 6: The title deed is handed over to the customer
Step 1: The customer sends the required documents via e-mail
Step 2: The real estate service trustee checkes the required documents
Step 3: the employee enters the transaction data into the system
Step 4: The real estate service trustee makes sure that the customer receives the payment receipt through (link, bank transfer or deposited into the account)
Step Five: The transaction is verified by the Accreditation and Documentation Department Officer for approval.
Sixth step: The application is completed and the title deed is sent by e-mail.
