Request for Registration of Inherited Property
FAQs

This service allows customers to apply to register inherited property. The transfer of ownership of the property from the deceased to the heirs is registered according to the succession certificate.

Not Applicable

1- Succession Certificate.
2- Emirates ID Cards of all heirs (UAE citizens and residents).
3- Copies of Valid Passports for heirs (non-residents).
4- A no objection letter from the mortgagor, in case the property is mortgaged.
5- A letter from Dubai Courts or other Emirates Courts or the department from the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation addressed to Dubai Land Department transferring ownership to the names of the heirs.

Service Partners Fees:
130 AED + VAT on Service Partners fees

Via the Service Centre:
Step 1: The customer visits one of the real estate service trustee centres
Step 2: The customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: The transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 6: The Customer Receive a link via email containing the title deed and map
