Request for Grant Registration
FAQs

This service allows customers to apply to register granted property (Full/Partial) of all kinds (request for grant registration/usufruct grant/initial grant sale (statement of testimony)) by assigning a property to an individual or a group of individuals (first-degree relatives “mother, father, spouse, or children”) or companies, given that the property must not be restricted or granted.

Grant Form

Individuals
1- Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from the developer in the freehold areas (through Dubai Rest Application)
Proof of relationship:
2- Marriage Contract (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
3- Certificates of Birth of children (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
4- Emirates ID Card (For identification only, no photo is taken) or valid passport for non-residents
5- Power of Attorney in case they are appointing someone on their behalf

For UAE Nationals
Marriage contract for married couples or family book

Companies
If the company is not previously registered, it must be registered by applying for the registration of a company

In case of submitting a request to register a grant for land, a request for property valuation must be submitted to one of the Real Estate Service Trustee Centres before submitting the request to register the grant

For apartments and villas, smart valuation is available

For companies:
If the company is not previously registered, it must be registered by applying for the registration of a company

0.125% of the property's value, provided that the fee shall not be less than AED 2,000
AED 250 as Title Deed issuance fees
AED 100 Land Map Fees for lands that are not subject to the authority of Dubai Municipality
AED 325 Land Map Fees for the unified map with Dubai Municipality
villa and apartment AED 250
For initial sale: 0.125% of the granted property's value, provided that the fee shall not be less than AED 2,000
AED 10 Knowledge fees added to each fee
AED 10 Innovation fees added to each fee

Service Partners Fees:
AED 4,000 if the property price equals or exceeds AED 2 million +VAT on Service Partners fees
AED 2,000 if the property price is less than AED 2 million +VAT on Service Partners fees

Via the service center
Step 1: The customer goes to one of the Real Estate Registration Trustee offices
Step 2: The customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete (All required documents are uploaded via DLD Document Vault)
Step 3: The transaction data is entered into the system by the employee and is verified
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt for payment
Step 5: The output is delivered to the customer through email
