This service allows customers to apply to register a request for (full/partial) compensation in the form of land or financial compensation. Land shall be registered in the name of owners in compensation for their affected land, or financial compensation for the affected land shall be registered.
All property owners are eligible to apply for this service.

1- Official letter from Dubai Municipality or from the Compensation Committee.
2- Dubai Municipality Map for the replacement plot.
3- Title Deed of the original affected plot (if available).
4- Original Title Deed.
5- Emirates ID Cards of all co-owners (UAE National and Residents).
6- Copies of Valid Passports for of all co-owners (non residents).

Via the service centre:
Step 1: The customer visits the Happiness Centre in Dubai Land Department - Main Office
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified by the front row employee
Step 6: The title deed is handed over to the customer
Remotely:
Step 1: The customer sends the required documents via e-mail
Step 2: The supervisor makes sure that the documents are complete and distributes the procedures to the employees
Step 3: the employee enters the transaction data into the system
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 6: The application is completed and the ownership certificate is sent by e-mail
