Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 13th October 2018: The Rental Disputes Centre (RDC), the judicial arm of Dubai Land Department (DLD), participates at GITEX Technology Week (GITEX) 2018, which kicked off today and continues until 18th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
RDC is participating through a unique platform under the slogan 'Self Litigation Simulates Artificial Intelligence'. GITEX, the most prominent technical event locally and regionally, will be an ideal opportunity to interact with visitors to highlight the most advanced smart technologies that will be unveiled during the exhibition.
HE Judge Abdulqader Mousa, Director of RDC, commented: "We are eager to develop advanced applications that facilitate and expedite litigation for our customers, and contribute to creating a secure real estate environment, in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai one of the smartest cities in the world. The technologies to be unveiled at GITEX will increase confidence in the real estate sector, guaranteeing all parties' rights and maintaining Dubai's position as the ideal investment destination."
Through its participation at GITEX 2018, RDC will reveal innovative technical solutions that will achieve its vision of being the international benchmark in resolving real estate disputes. Despite the short five years since its inception, RDC has been able to upgrade the litigation methods to save customers' time, effort, and money by settling disputes at record speed according to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
Mousa affirmed that during GITEX 2018, RDC will unveil a unique technical precedent in the field of litigation regionally and globally. RDC confirms that what will be announced will have local and global positive effects in services provided based on artificial intelligence techniques that ensure the comfort and happiness of all customers.
RDC's employees will be present at its platform (S1-A2) at the Sheikh Saeed Hall to provide comprehensive explanations of the Centre's initiatives, respond to visitors' queries, and provide real estate consultancies.
