Registration Trustee Offices Shows A Significant Growth In Deployment

Dubai Land Department (DLD), announce an increase in the number of Registration Trustee Offices located across Dubai, with a considerable amount of increase in the number of customers receiving the best services in a comfortable atmosphere. This unique service came as one DLD’s tireless efforts to apply best practices and to maintain its global leadership. Registration Trustee Offices, which now number 14, with three new offices opened in the last 6 months acquired customers demand.

"Our ongoing monitoring proved the satisfaction of the customers with the high-end services provided by the Registration Trustee Offices. We were delighted with the high level of professionalism that they so clearly demonstrated, and it confirms the success of the vision and strategy of DLD on the long run to provide superior services to customers in an easy and convenient way” said HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department.

Bin Mejren revealed that each office performs an average of 10 real estate transactions per day, bringing the total daily figure to 150, with each office officiating on 4,000 deals per month.

Sultan Al Akraf, Senior Manager of Real Estate Services, said: “Continuous follow-ups by specialists by DLD are done to these offices, in order to ensure the best services provided to customers and the highest labor standards applied by the department on all services available to customers.”

Al Akraf pointed out that the initiative has provided lots jobs for citizens, with DLD employees being assigned to different offices based on audit requirements.

All real estate registrars working in the Registration Trustee Offices to utilise the DLD ‘E-STEP,’ The initiative has been designed so that employees can be in harmony with the overall strategy of the department, which is aimed at improving the model of government service provided to investors. Customers can request service through the Registration Trustee Offices and will be reaching them in places and times that suit them.

Dubai Land Department launched the service in July 2013, and a number of offices have been selected based on the measurements developed by DLD to those wishing to work as Registration Trustees. After one year, these offices were able to show the highest degree of commitment through servicing thousands of clients per month from their premises.
