His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,  visited the Dubai Land Department (LD)’s stand at Cityscape this afternoon and received a demonstration of the investment map that has been launched by the department at the exhibition. During his time at the stand, His Highness was shown the potential of the new tool through an overview of the map’s functions and capabilities. The new application has been designed to allow investors from around the world to have an up-to-date and interactive overview of Dubai’s real estate landscape.

 

LD’s initiative was demonstrated to His Highness by Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of LD’s Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, in the presence of Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of LD, who explained how the state-of-the-art smart system is aimed at boosting investment in the real estate market in the city, thereby ensuring that Dubai remains at the forefront for developing cutting edge solutions that promote economic activity.
