Dubai Land Department (DLD) will take on the role of main sponsor for the 11
th International Property Show (IPS) being held on 30
th March to 1
st April at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The show serves to connect international and regional real estate markets to promote business and investments.
The show coincides with the 5
th Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) and the Dubai Government Achievements Exhibition, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
"IPS provides the perfect platform for opening the dialogue between visitors, developers, real estate professionals and investors, and allows us to further support developments in our field. Especially with regards to introducing improved systems and standards of real estate regulation, registration and other important services. Playing a part in IPS allows us to further support growth in the sector and to promote Dubai as one of the most important real estate investment havens in the world to an audience of leading investors and developers in attendance," said HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD.
The show is expected to attract over 15,000 trade visitors. This edition of IPS will see the participation of over 120 exhibitors from more than 50 countries, significantly from Turkey, USA, Canada, UK and India. DLD considers the major property event as an opportune venue for promoting its services and real estate in Dubai, as it has been structured to provide investors with reliable and accurate information with regards to real estate opportunities.
