Dubai Land Department Engages National Talent and Highlights Real Estate Career Opportunities at ‘Ru'ya Careers UAE 2026’

Dubai Land Department (DLD) participated in the 25th edition of Ru'ya Careers UAE 2026, held from 28 to 30 September at Dubai World Trade Centre. DLD participated as part of the Dubai Government pavilion, overseen by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and bringing together 34 government entities, reflecting the Department’s commitment to advancing Emiratisation and attracting national talent.

During the event, DLD gave Emirati youth and graduates firsthand insight into Dubai’s evolving real estate sector, including developments across data, innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence. Visitors also explored career pathways and opportunities aligned with the needs of the Department’s various sectors.

DLD’s stand attracted strong engagement from job seekers and graduates, with Department teams introducing visitors to the working environment, career opportunities, and the skills and competencies required across different roles.

The participation forms part of DLD’s wider efforts to invest in national human capital, develop Emirati capabilities and strengthen the contribution of national talent to the continued growth and future development of Dubai’s real estate sector.
