Dubai Charity Association has signed a partnership agreement with the Dubai Land Department as part of their efforts to enhance community cooperation, support national development, and establish joint coordination to achieve their shared goals and initiatives.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Al Suwaidi, CEO of Dubai Charity Association, and Mohammed Ali Al Badwawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency at the Dubai Land Department. The signing took place at the headquarters of the Dubai Land Department, in the presence of several directors and officials from both parties.
In this regard, H.E. Ahmed Al Suwaidi, CEO of Dubai Charity Association, stated: "We are proud to collaborate with the Dubai Land Department, which regulates and manages the real estate sector in the Emirate of Dubai. The signing of this agreement is in line with the core pillars of Dubai Charity’s strategy, its institutional values, and its commitment to promoting charitable and developmental work."
The CEO of Dubai Charity Association emphasized that this agreement marks a significant milestone in the humanitarian partnership between the association and the department. It aims to enhance programs and services for beneficiaries in line with the noble approach established by the late founding father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace. This vision continues to be upheld by our wise leadership, which has made the UAE a global model in humanitarian work and solidified its image abroad as a beacon of generosity.
For his part, Mohammed Ali Al Badawi, Acting CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency at the Dubai Land Department, stated: "The partnership with Dubai Charity Association reflects Dubai Land Department’s commitment to strengthening institutional and community collaboration in alignment with Dubai’s vision of promoting sustainability and inclusivity.
