Dubai, UAE, 15 October 2021: Dubai Land Department (DLD) is preparing to showcase its most prominent digital services through its participation in the 41st edition of GITEX Technology Week, one of the largest technology exhibitions in the world being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 17 – 21 October.
DLD will highlight its comprehensive services available on the Dubai REST app that was developed by DLD to be the first digital platform for real estate in the region, granting users an integrated set of real estate digital and paperless procedures. This contributes to strengthening the emirate's position as a global destination for real estate investment by relying on an advanced digital work system. DLD will also be showcasing the digital services available on its website.
At its stand in the exhibition, the department will also provide the 'Update your Data' service to the public, investors and owners, allowing them to update their contact details and personal information to ensure service continuity.
HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, said: “DLD is always keen to present the latest developments in digital technology, especially with regard to the real estate economy with the aim of facilitating customers’ journey and transactions.
