The ability to accommodate over 500 participants will surely be added to Dubai's many commendable achievements in this area."

He added, "In the first session of the conference on "Policy Choice in Registries," many factors played a crucial role in effectively positioning Dubai as an international and global business hub thanks to factors such as transparency, the ability to gain investor trust and maintain property rights, the creation of a flexible legislative system to protect the rights of investors, and its sophisticated infrastructure, investment return and the diversity of its properties."

Duaa Dablan, Senior Deputy Director – Real Estate Investment Management & Promotion Center spoke about the concept of remote registration, of which he said, "The Investment Promotion Center is working hard to expand Dubai's real estate across continents, and we will soon be launching the second phase of the investment map which is characterized by intelligence and transparency, and supported by features such as purchasing and selling which are not available in any of the other sites."
