This service allows individuals to apply for the registration of ownership data modifications for the following purposes: name correction, nationality update, passport number and date of birth update, and place of birth update. All property owners are eligible to apply for this service
Service Center:
Step One: Visit one of the Real Estate Services Trustees Centres / DLD Main office
Step Two: Submit the required documents to the employee and verify completeness.
Step Three: The employee enters transaction data into the system.
Step Four: Pay the fees and obtain a payment receipt.
Step Five: Review and approval of the transaction.
Step Six: Receive a link to the title deed via email.
1- Copy of the Emirates ID of the owner, or a legal Power of Attorney if the owner is not attending in person
2- Copy of valid passports for non-resident owners
3- Official letter in case of area modification or a new map from the municipality or the department (specifically from the Survey Department)
