Step 2: Present your Emirates ID card to the employee.
Step 3: An employee enters the transaction details into the system, which are then audited and approved.
Step 4: Pay the applicable fees and receive a payment receipt.
Step 5: Receive the "To Whom It May Concern" Certificate.

Step 1: Sign up and create an account (if you're a first-time user) or log in and select user.
Step 2: Choose the desired service and provide the necessary details.
Step 3: Select the payment method and pay the fees.
Step 4: Receive the output online.
Call Centers (for People of Determination and Senior Citizens)
Step 1: Contact the toll-free number 8004488.
Step 2: Request a People of Determination card and Emirates ID and send it to the call center employee via email.
Step 3: For Senior Citizens, request only the Emirates ID and send it to the call center employee via email.
Step 4: The employee submits a "To Whom It May Concern" letter.
