This data helps to speed up and be proactive in providing services such as civil defense and police authorities in the event of an accident or emergency.

Via the Ejari system or the App
Step I: Open the Dubai REST App and log in to the Ejari system. Please sign up in case of a new user.
Step II: Select your category as “Owner, Real Estate Company or lessee (tenant)” and log in using PASS UAE App for quick access.
Step III: Verify your identity via the PASS U App
Step IV: Select the property you rent from the main control panel.
Step V: Select Manage Occupants Data to continue
Step VI: Select "Add More" to add occupants to the leased property
Step VII: Enter the UAE ID and date of birth for the occupants' details and select "Verify".
Step 8: Add all family members who live in this property. To remove an occupant, select the delete icon and submit.
