This service enables co-owners to apply for the division of a land plot into multiple plots according to their respective ownership shares

The ownership separation agreement has been personally signed by the owners and duly approved administratively. Additionally, the following documents are required:

1. A map provided by the Dubai Municipality outlining the land involved in the compensation.
2. A copy of the Emirates ID for all owners, whether citizens or residents.
3. A copy of valid passports for owners and non-residents alike.

Title deed Certificate Issuance Fee: AED 250 per ownership.
Issuance Fee for plot map: AED 120 for plot, AED 270 for apartments or villas.
Knowledge Fee: AED 10 per fee
Innovation Fee: AED 10 per fee

Via service center:
Step 1: Visit the Customer Happiness Center located at the Dubai Land Department's main building.
Step Two: Submit the required documents to the employee and verify completeness.
Step Three: The employee enters transaction data into the system.
Step Four: Pay the fees and obtain a payment receipt.
Step Five: Review and approval of the transaction.
Step Six: Receive a link to the title deed and map via email
