This service allows customers to apply to register or renew Ejari contracts in Dubai.

Unified tenancy contract

Through the app
A copy of the unified tenancy contract

Through real estate services trustees centres
1- Original unified tenancy contract.
2- The applicant's Emirates ID.
3- In case of an assigned power of attorney, the number of the power of attorney is required without the need to enclose it (for those issued in Dubai), however, in the case of a power of attorney issued from other Emirates, it must be enclosed.

Through Ejari system for owners, companies and owner representatives with access to the system

Registering through Real Estate Services Trustee Centres
The property is not managed by a real estate company or the owner who has the authority to use Ejari system
Be a tenant of the property or a representative thereof with a Power of Attorney
The landlord must be the owner of the property or a representative with a Power of Attorney

Registering through an application
The tenant is an individual, the landlord is an individual, and the landlord's data is updated

Registering through the system
Companies
The company must be licensed for one of the real estate management activities according to the regulations

Owners (individuals)
Be the owner of the property and manage his own properties

Owners's Representatives (individuals)
Power of Attorney that allows him to manage properties


Through the app or system
AED 100 for the registration of Ejari contracts (excluding VAT)
AED 10 knowledge fee
AED 10 innovation fee

Through real estate services trustees centres
AED 120 + Service Partners fees of 95 AED + VAT on Service Partner fees

Via the service centre:
Step 1: The customer visits one of the real estate service trustee centres or one of the real estate management companies in case the property is managed by them
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the employee and is verified and approved
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The contract registration certificate and the Ejari contract are handed over to the customer

Via the system or Dubai REST:
Step 1: Register and create an account in Ejari system/Dubai REST (if the customer is not already registered) or login through the system or application and choose the service
Step 2: fill in the data, and attach all the required documents
Step 3: pay the fees and send the application electronically
Step 4: The cocnerned employee receives and reviews the application
Step 5: The contract registration certificate is sent via email if the request is approved
