This service allows parties who are compliant with their contractual obligations to issue a Certificate of Title / Title deed.
Step I: Login to Oqood portal and select completing the provisional procedures service
Step II: Selecting a property, filling in the details, attaching the documents, and selecting the payment method
Step III: Sending the application on-line
Step IV: Receipt of the output via an e-mail message sent to the beneficiary
If the registration fee has been previously collected
title deed fee: AED 250 fee for an apartment or villas and land
Map fee: AED 250 fee for a real estate unit or villa
AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for the land plot map unified with Dubai Municipality.
