This service allows customers to request Dubai Land Department's supervision on properties announced for sale in an auction by real estate companies that are authorized to organize public and electronic auctions.

Via the system:
Step 1: Register and create an account (if the customer is not already registered) or login and choose the type of user
Step 2: choose the service, fill in the data, and attach any required documents
Step 3: Pay the fees
Step 4: Receive notification of completion of the transaction

Step 1: The required documents are sent via email emart@dubailand.gov.ae
Step 2: The property data is entered into the system by the employee and property information is verified
Step Three: The permit fee is paid by the auction company and a receipt for payment is received.
Step 4: a permit is issued by DLD to approve or refuse to set up an external auction. A response is then sent to the licensed auction company with requirements and missing documents in the event of refusal. In the event of approval, the company is provided with DLD's approval or no-objection to list the property in the auction
