This service allows applying for the Land Department's supervision for the properties declared for auction by companies authorized to organize public auctions or e-auctions.

1- An application letter from the official entity/ Dubai Courts / Minors Affairs, if any, or a personal application
2- A property evaluation certificate valid for 6 months for the purpose of the auction
3- An e-copy of the property Certificate of Title / Title deed
4- The land map of the municipality and the Department
5- UAE ID for all property owners or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners
6- In the event that there is a power of attorney from the owners, a copy of the same shall be attached
