This service allows the transfer of registration fees in case of an agreement between the developer and the purchaser to transfer the purchaser from one property to another in the same developer's projects.

1- A letter or a copy of the e-mail sent by the Legal Affairs Department indicating approval
2- The details table, which contains the details of the deregistered property and the property to be registered
3- The signed contract after printing on the system, to be attached before sending (a copy of the settlement agreement signed by the two parties)
4- The new sale and purchase agreement
5- UAE ID
6- A valid passport for non-residents
7- Old title deeds to be transferred

1- Fees shall be charged in case of an increase of the price of the property transferred to, as the fees shall be charged for the price increase only

The seller: 2% of the sale value
The purchaser: 2% of the sale value
AED 10 Knowledge fees
AED 10 Innovation fees
Self-registration fees for developers: - (Oqood Portal - Real Estate Developers Portal) for provisional sale
AED 1000 fee
Fees shall be charged in case of an increase in the price of the property transferred to, as the fees shall be charged for the price increase only

Step I: Login to Oqood portal and select registration from one property to another service
Step II: Selecting a property, filling in the details, attaching the documents, and selecting the payment method
Step III: Sending the application on-line
Step IV: Receipt of the output via an e-mail message sent to the purchaser
