This service allows applying to transfer a Lease To Own Contract of all types (transfer of a Lease To Own Contract/ transfer of a provisional lease contract/ transfer of a usufruct right Lease To Own Contract / transfer of a provisional registration Lease To Own Contract) between a owner and a financing entity.

Lease-To-Own transfer e-form

Individuals
1- A no-objection letter from the previous bank indicating no-objection on lease transfer
2- A letter from the new bank indicating the lease amount and the start and expiry dates
3- UAE ID of the owner (for identification proof only, no copy shall be submitted) or a copy of a valid passport for non-resident foreigners
4- A legal power of attorney in case of a representative

Individual (One person) establishment
1- A copy of the trade license
2- UAE ID (for identification proof only, no copy shall be submitted) or a copy of a valid passport for non-resident foreigners
3- A legal power of attorney in case of a representative

Limited liability company
1- trade license + parties and lineage page (original and copy)
2- A certificate of job title
3- Memorandum of Association (annexes, if any) (original and copy attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be translated into Arabic language)
4- A legal power of attorney in case of a representative, or a duly notarized board board of directors resolution

AED 250 fee for issuing a Certificate of Title / Title deed
AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside the authority of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for the land plot map unified with Dubai Municipality.
AED 225 fee for a villa and apartment
AED 10 knowledge fee for each drawing
AED 10 innovation fee for each drawing

Service partners fees:
A fee of AED 4,000 + VAT is charged on the service partners’ fees

Via a service center
Step I: A customer will move to a service center - Real Estate Registration Trustee centers
Step II: A customer submits the required documents to an employee to ensure that no documents are missing. (all required documents are uploaded via the digital safe/ treasury)
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee and shall be audited
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
Step V: The outputs are delivered to the customer via e-mail
