This service allows to apply for registering a transfer of title deed by transferring the title deed of a property to be transferred from an entity to another, or from one person to another, and vice versa, according to the official letters issued by government entities.

1- A letter from a transferor either person or entity
2- The UAE ID of the owner or an official power of attorney from the owner in case it is not present in person
3- Copies of valid passports for owners (non-residents)
4- Trade licenses for companies

AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for a land map for the unified map with Dubai Municipality

AED 10 knowledge fee for each drawing
AED 10 innovation fee for each drawing

Via a service center
Step I: A customer will move to the Customer Happiness Center at the Land Department - the main building
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
Step V: The transaction will be audited and approved
Step VI: A link for the title deed and the map will be sent via e-mail to the customer
