This service allows customers to apply to register a grant by issuing a Title Deed of the land granted to individuals or entities by His Highness the Ruler or his authorized representative. The Title Deed is issued based on the grant plan issued by Dubai Municipality upon approval by His Highness the Ruler of the granted land.

1- Grant map issued by Dubai Municipality
2- The owner's Emirates ID Card
3- Commercial License and Memorandum of Association (in case of grants to entities)
4- Letter from the entity (in case of Governmental entities)

The Grant map from Dubai Municipality should not exceed two years from the date of issuance

This service is free

Via the Service Centre:
Step 1: The customer visits the Happiness Centre in Dubai Land Department - Main Office
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 5: The customer is notified of the grant registration
