Request for Registration of Endowment “Waqf” (Family or Charitable Endowment)
FAQs

This service allows customers to apply to register an endowment (Waqf). The service allows registration of the endowment of a land or property for charity purposes, or to the offspring, relatives, or family members of the deceased. The beneficiaries of endowment (Waqf) are named in the Endowment (Waqf) Document.

Not Applicable

1- Declaration of Family/ Charitable Endowment.
2- Emirates ID Cards of all co-owners (UAE National and Residents).
3- Copies of Valid Passports for of all co-owners (non residents).

In the case of endowment management or if it is under the supervision of the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, it is required to submit a letter addressed to DLD to register the property as an endowment through Tarasul system

Via the Service Centre:
Step 1: The customer visits the Happiness Centre in Dubai Land Department - Main Office
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: The transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified by the front row employee
Step 6: The Customer Receive a link via email containing the title deed and map
