This service allows applying for Endowment (Waqif) registration by registering the land or real estate (charity or descendants of the endower, their relatives or who belongs to their family). The beneficiaries of the Endowment (Waqif) will be determined through the Endowment (Waqif) document.

1- Certification of the descendants or charity Endowment (Waqif)
2- UAE ID for all the owners, UAE citizens and residents
3- Copies of valid passports of the owners (non-residents)

In the case of the management or trusteeship of the Endowment (Waqif) is made by the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, it is required to submit (a letter addressed to the DLD to register the property as an Endowment (Waqif)) via Tarasol system

AED 2,000 to be collected for each land plot registered as descendants or charity Endowment (Waqif)
AED 250 fee for issuing a Certificate of Title / Title deed
AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for a land map for the unified map with Dubai Municipality
AED 250 for an apartment map
AED 250 for a villa map
AED 10 knowledge fee for each drawing
AED 10 innovation fee for each drawing

Via a service center
Step I: A customer will move to the Customer Happiness Center at the Land Department - the main building
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction data will be entered into the system by an employee
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
Step V: The transaction will be audited and approved
Step VI: A link for the title and the map will be sent via e-mail to the customer
