This service allows applying to register the division of the partners by dividing the land plots among the partners who are desirous to divide the joint real estate among themselves so that each partner or a group thereof has a property of their own, albeit by separation according to a division agreement (consensual - judicial).

Step I: A customer will move to the Customer Happiness Center at the Land Department - the main building
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction data will be entered into the system by an employee
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
Step V: The transaction will be audited and approved
Step VI: A link for the title deed and the map will be sent via e-mail to the customer
