This service allows a customer to apply for the registration of companies and owners using the system by giving them the authority to use Ejari system to register tenancy contracts and management contracts, while benefiting from the rest of the services available on the system.

The owner
1)-Emirates ID number for residents or a copy of a valid passport for non-residents
2)- The number of the owner registered at the Land Department

The owner's representative
1)-Emirates ID number for residents or a copy of a valid passport for non-residents
2)- The number of the owner registered with the Land Department
3)- An official power of attorney from the owner, guardianship from the court, or a document from the Endowments and Minors Affairs.

The companies
- For real estate lease and management companies, the right to use the system is directly awarded upon issuance of the license
-For companies with the following activities (business centers, shopping centers and commercial complexes):
1)- License number (online registration)
2)- UAE ID number (online registration)

1)- If the lessor is a company: That the company to be licensed for one of the real estate activities related to leasing and managing real estate within Licensing System (Trakheesi) and have a master user of the Ejari system
2)- If the lessor is an individual: To be the owner of the property or their representative under an official power of attorney
