Step IV: A developer submits and audits the application Via the Developer Self Registration system (TAS)
Step V: Acceptance or rejection of the application if the deregistration requirements are not met
Step VI: When a project deregistration application is accepted, the request is transferred to the bank via the on-line system
Step VII: After completing the bank procedure, the escrow account will be closed
