Submit an application on the Trakheesi system via Dubai Land Department's website www.dubailand.gov.ae.
For advertisements, billboards and promotional campaign permits:
A copy of the advertisement form must be provided.
For permits to organise a real estate exhibition:
The Ejari contract for the site where the auction is to be held must be provided as well as the period of the exhibition.
A list of the participating real estate companies must be presented.
For project inauguration ceremony permits:
Site Ejari contract or no-objection letter from the hotel must be provided.
For real estate promotion platform permits:
A copy of the platform design, indicating the size of the platform
Site Ejari contract must be submitted.
For real estate symposium permits:
Room reservation message from the hotel as well as an explanation letter about the topics that will be discussed in the seminar must be presented.
Should the applicant be a real estate brokerage office, a copy of the marketing contract with the property owner will be required for each of the following permits:

For permits to organise a real estate exhibition:
All the documents must be submitted no less than one month prior to the date of the exhibition.
The time difference between exhibitions from the same country is 30 days
It is not allowed to sell during the exhibition, and only an initial reservation can be made.
As for properties in Dubai, it is not allowed to display off-plan properties that are not registered with the escrow account department

An initial reservation request must be made for the date of the exhibition, and an initial booking fee of AED 10,200 should be paid, which can be redeemed for AED 1,020 for each exhibitor at a single check by the exhibitor. Note (initial booking will be deducted from the final fees for the declaration)
Through the electronic system:
Step 1: Register and create an account in the Trakheesi system (if the customer does not have a pre-existing account) or log in to the system and choose the service
Step 2: Fill in the data, attach the required documents, and send the application electronically
Step 3: The request is verified, an approval is issued, and a notification of approval will be sent through the system
Step 4: Enter the system, select a payment method, and pay the fees electronically
Step 5: Receipt of the permit certificate through Trakheesi system
