Applying on the Licensing System (Trakheesi) via the Land Department website www.dubailand.gov.ae
For advertisements, billboards and Promotion campaigns permits:
• A copy of the advertisement form
For a permit of real estate exhibition organization:
• A tenancy contract for the site where the auction is to be held and the period of the exhibition to be set out
• A list of the names of the participating real estate companies
For a project launch ceremony permit:
• The site tenancy contract or a no-objection letter from the hotel
For a real estate promotion platform permit:
• A copy of the platform design indicating the size of the platform
• Site site tenancy contract
For the real estate seminar permit:
Room reservation (booking) letter from the hotel
Explanation letter on the topics that will be raised in the seminar

In the event that the applicant is a real estate brokerage office, a copy of the marketing contract with the property owner is required for each of the following permits:

For real estate exhibition organization permit:
All documents shall be submitted at least one month prior to the exhibition date.
The interval between exhibitions of the same country is 30 days
Selling during the exhibition is not permitted but make an initial reservation (booking) only.
As for Dubai real estate properties, displaying off-plan properties unregistered in the Escrow Account Department is not permitted

For project launch ceremony permit

An initial reservation (booking) application for the date of the exhibition must be submitted and an initial non-refundable reservation (booking) fee of AED 10,200 must be paid. A fee of AED 1,020 will be collected for each participant in the exhibition through one check made by by the company organizing the exhibition. Note (The initial reservation (booking) amount will be deducted from the final fees of the permit)
For real estate exhibition organization permit

via the on-line system
Step I: Signing up and creating an account on Mollak system (if the customer signs up for the first time) or log in and selecting the service
Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the required documents, and sending the application on-line
Step III: Auditing the application and sending a notice of acceptance via the system
Step IV: Log in to the system, select the payment method, and pay the fees on-line
Step V: Receiving a permit certificate through Trakheesi system
