•    Service Procedure Modification: Update the application for the RDC to include the Lease Renewal Execution Service, which is preloaded with data from properties that have had restrictions lifted. This ensures there are no data discrepancies during the renewal process.
•    Electronic Linking: Upon issuing a lease renewal execution order, the case will be electronically linked through the application, with all required documents attached.
•    Authorization of Renewal: The renewal process will be authorized by the execution officer in accordance with the center's approved procedures.
•    Payment Options: A payment link will be sent, or the applicant can pay for the provided services through the electronic application.
•    Contract Activation: After completing the payment process, the contract will be automatically activated.
•    Lease Registration Certificate: The client will be able to download the lease registration certificate from Dubai REST.
Note
--The tenant will also be able to renew the contract through the Real Estate Services Trustees Centers based on the execution decision issued by the RDC.
