Description
This service allows property owners and tenants to register, renew or terminate tenancy contracts through the Dubai Now application and sign them electronically using UAE PASS.
Service Procedures
Register / Renew Tenancy Contract:
- Property owner: Access the Ejari service in the Dubai Now application and log in using UAE PASS.
- Property owner: Select “New Contract” or “Renew Contract,” complete the required fields, sign the contract and submit it to the tenant.
- Tenant: Review and accept the contract, sign it electronically using UAE PASS, and pay the service fees.
- Tenant: Proceed to the next step to pay the DEWA fees, if applicable.
Terminate Tenancy Contract:
- Property owner: Log in to the Property Wallet and select the relevant property.
- Property owner: Select “Cancel Tenancy Contract.”
- Property owner: Complete the required fields and submit the termination request to the tenant.
- Tenant: Log in, review the request, and either approve or decline it.
- Property owner: Receive a notification of the tenant’s decision.
Required Documents
Valid Emirates ID.
UAE PASS is used for electronic signing.
