This service allows customers to register or renew a Tenancy contract in the Emirate of Dubai
standard lease contract
Via the App:
1- Copy of the Unified Tenancy Contract (for individuals and companies only)
Via Real Estate Service Trustees Centers:
1- Original Unified Tenancy Contract
2- Presentation of the Emirates ID of the applicant
3- Presentation of the official Power of Attorney if the applicant is a representative:
- If issued in Dubai, the number can be entered without attaching the document
- If issued in another emirate, the document must be attached
Registration through Real Estate Trustee Offices:
1- The property must not be managed by a real estate company or by an owner who has Ejari system access.
2- The applicant must be the tenant or a legal representative with an official power of attorney.
3- The landlord must be the owner of the property or a legal representative with an official power of attorney.
Registration through Mobile Applications:
1- The tenant and landlord must be individuals, and the owner’s data must be up to date.
Registration through the System:
Companies:
1- Must be licensed for one of the property management activities as per regulations.
Individual Owners (as themselves):
1- Must be the owner of the property and manage their own properties.
Representatives of Individual Owners:
1- Must have a legal power of attorney authorizing them to manage the properties.

Service Centre:
Step 1: Visit nearest Real Estate Trustee Center, or property management company (if the property is managed by one)
Step 2: Submit the required documents ensuring no key document is missing
Step 3: An employee will review and approve the request through the system
Step 4: Proceed to pay the service fees (if any) and collect the receipt
Step 5: Receive the e-Contract Registration Certificate
Ejari System or Dubai REST:
Step 1: Login to Ejari or App and select desired service
Step 2: Fill in the required information and upload any necessary documents
Step 3: Proceed to pay the service fees (if any)
Step 4: An employee will review and approve the request through the system
Step 5: Receive the e-Contract Registration Certificate by email
