Property Map Request
This service allows property owners to apply for the issuance of a map for a registered property, including:
Land map
Real estate unit map
Villa property map
Building map
Map of shared areas and their facilities
Map of additional parking spaces and storage rooms
Step 1: Submit your request through any channel
Step 2: Reviewing the application and ensuring that all requirements are met
Step 3: Generate the land map through the system
Step 4: Send the land map by email
1- A letter from the owner if they are not attending in person, or from the company in case of a representative.
AED 100 fee for a land plot map for the lands outside jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality
AED 225 fee for a land map for the unified map with Dubai Municipality
AED 250 for an apartment map
AED 3,000 for common spaces
AED 250 for a villa map
AED 10 knowledge fee for each drawing
AED 10 innovation fee for each drawing
12 minutes
If the Land Map is Shared with Dubai Municipality, It is subject to their terms and conditions, and issuance is completed within 24 hours.
