Registration of Owners Association Application

This service allows applying to be a candidate for the Owners association for the purpose of registering an Owners Association

None

 In case that the applicant is a real estate company:
1- A personal photo of the owner of the real estate unit
2- Electronic approval for approving on a declaration of following the instructions of the members of the Real Estate Owners Association
3- A copy of the trade license if the unit is in favor of a commercial company
4- A copy of the DEWA invoice in favor of the owner of the real estate unit
5- In the case of issuing a trade license owned by the same owner in the title deed, it shall provide the following:

a. A copy of the tenancy contract detail registration certificate (Ejari)
b. A copy of the trade license of the leaser company


In case that the applicant is an owner:
1- A personal photo
2- Electronic approval for approving on declaration of following the instructions of the members of the Real Estate Owners Association

1- Paying the service fees, utilization fees, or any other fees approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency
2- A resident (dweller) in the joint ownership property
3- Applying for a certificate of good conduct from Dubai Police addressed to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency

Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the required documents, and sending the application on-line
Step III: Auditing the application and sending a notice of acceptance or rejection of the application via the system
Step IV: Receiving a notice of approval via e-mail
Step V: Viewing the data on the Land Department's website (Mollak system)
