This service allows a customer to file a first instance case with all types of claims related to joint ownership property disputes

1- The applicant, in case that it is a natural person, a copy of the UAE ID, and in the event that it is a legal person (company or establishment), a copy of the UAE ID of the company manager (whose name appears in the trade license) and the most recent copy of the trade license
2- A letter from the bank or an account statement indicating the IBAN number of the plaintiff
Notes:
1- A copy of the power of attorney notarized by the notary public for the legal attorney and a copy of the UAE ID, in the event that the legal attorney is a law firm, a copy of the office license and the lawyer’s UAE ID must be submitted, and in the event that the representative is a lawyer, an authorization issued by the lawyer’s office (if any)
2- A copy of the heirs decree of distribution if (the lessor) is deceased
3- A copy of the offer and deposit receipt, in case the application is to renew a contract (if any).
4- Any supporting documents for application such as a copy of correspondence, notifications, violations, electricity and water consumption bills, copies of checks, letters, etc.
All documents submitted must be in Arabic language or legally translated, and to be archived and posted the Rental Disputes Center page https://rdc.dubailand.gov.ae according to the divisions contained in the system, as no hard copy document will be received.
