This service allows a customer to register an execution dispute case in merits on the check execution files opened at the center

No form

1- A copy of the last tenancy contract (Ejari) translated
2- The applicant, in case it is a natural person, a copy of the UAE ID, and in case that it is a legal person (company or establishment), a copy of the UAE ID of the company manager (whose name appears in the trade license) and the most recent copy of the trade license
3- A letter from the bank or an account statement indicating the IBAN number of the plaintiff
4- Any documents supporting the case, such as a copy of correspondence, notices, violations, checks, letters, etc.

All documents submitted must be in Arabic language or legally translated, and to be archived and posted at the Rental Disputes Center page https://rdc.dubailand.gov.ae according to the divisions contained in the system, as no hard copy document will be received.

Step I: A customer will move to a service center (Real Estate Services Trustee center)
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee and shall be audited and approved
Step IV: A customer pays the fees and obtains a payment receipt
Step V: Attending the sessions via the remote litigation system
Step VI: Receiving a judgement from the website
