The service aims to facilitate real estate buying and selling transactions through an innovative digital solution available 24/7. It is accessible to all property owners and investors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dubai Land Department
Through Dubai Now:
1)Generate a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) by creating a Sale Request.
2)Sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
3)Transfer the purchase amount and service fees to the escrow account.
4)View the title deed and the receipt
(UAE PASS)
• Seller: 2% of the transaction value
• Buyer: 2% of the transaction value
• AED 250 for issuance of the Title Deed
• AED 250 for villa and apartment map
• AED 30 Innovation Fee
• AED 30 Knowledge Fee
• If the transaction value is equal to or more than AED 500,000 fees of AED 1,000 shall apply in addition to VAT on service partners’ fees (Emirates Real Estate Solutions)
• If the transaction value is less than AED 500,000, fees of AED 500 shall apply in addition to VAT on service partners’ fees (Emirates Real Estate Solutions)
Instant
• The service is provided for individuals that only holds UAE ID.
• The property must be free from any restrictions or mortgages.
• The property must be located within freehold areas.
• This service applies only to subdivided real estate units (apartments, offices, townhouses).
• The sale amount & Service Fees must be transferred through an escrow account.
• Either party to the transaction may cancel the process without the other party’s approval at any stage prior to signing the contract via the Digital ID.
•The procedure is automatically canceled before the signing step if it exceeds a period of 7 days
