2- A copy of the UAE ID or passport of the license holder

2- A copy of the UAE ID or passport of the license holder

4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof indicating the names of shareholders (legal translation into Arabic language)
5- A copy of the shareholder certificate
(An Foreign company)
1- A copy of a valid trade license
2- A copy of the national ID or passport of the license holder
3- Power of attorney, if any
4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof, (legal translation into Arabic language) attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
5- A no objection letter (NOC) from the free zones, in case of purchase contract, valid for one year.
6- A copy of the shareholder certificate.
(GCC company)
1- A copy of a valid trade license
2- A copy of the national ID or passport of the license holder
3- Power of attorney, if any
4- A copy of the translated company’s Memorandum of Association and the annexes thereof, (legal translation into Arabic language) attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5- A copy of the shareholder certificate.

1- The property shall be within the permitted areas
2- The commencement and expiry dates of the usufruct right shall be prescribed
3- The expiry date of the usufruct right of the sold unit shall be identical to the expiry date of the usufruct right over the land

Step II: Filling in the details, attaching the documents, and selecting the payment method
Step III: Sending the application online
Step IV: Receipt of the output via an e-mail message sent to the beneficiary
