This service allows a customer to file an appeal case versus the judgements and resolutions awarded by the primary committees, the execution judge, or the Judge of provisional matters.

No Form

1- List of appeal case application, which includes the grounds
2- Any supporting documents for applying for a copy of correspondence, notifications, violations, electricity and water consumption bills, copies of checks, letters, etc.
Note: In case of replacing the legal attorney:
1- A copy of the power of attorney notarized by the notary public for the legal attorney and a copy of the UAE ID. In the event that the legal attorney is a law firm, a copy of the office license and the UAE ID of the lawyer must be submitted. In case that it is a representative of a lawyer, an authorization issued by the lawyer’s office (if any) to be submitted.

 

The service is available within (15 days) of the judgement in the first instance , the petition judgement, and the performance order resolution, counted from the day following the issuance of the (in presentia) judgement in first instance or from the date of announcing the judgement (in absentia).

All documents submitted must be in Arabic language or legally translated, and to be archived and posted at the Rental Disputes Center page https://rdc.dubailand.gov.ae according to the divisions contained in the system, as no hard copy document will be received.

To challenge the judgement by appeal: The appeal deposit is paid, which is half of the amount adjudicated against the (convicted) in the judgement issued in the primary committees (in case that the case includes a financial claim).

Step I: A customer will move to a service center (Real Estate Services Trustee)
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee and shall be audited and approved
Step IV: A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt

Step I: Signing up and creating an account (if the customer signs up for the first time) or logging into the system and selecting the service
Step II: Uploading the documents
Step III: Paying the service fees
Step IV: Attending the session via the remote litigation system
Step V: Receiving a judgment from the website
