It provides different endpoints to get service charge information, two way data exchange of service charge payment receipts, contact and invoices. EJARI API allows Property management companies (PMC) and Landlords to manage the lifecycle of Ejari tenancy contract by connecting directly to the robust API. This enriches the experience for the enterprises by managing their work in their platform without having to switch between the two systems. Below are some of the main API endpoints highlighted.

Trakheesi system provides licensing services, real estate permits services to real estate companies and e-cards to brokers.Trakheesi system integrates with Dubai Economic Development to pull the real estate offices data and sync licensing information upon any modification to the license procedures (trade name change, licensing renewal, etc.) performed in DED.The electronic card is available to real estate offices, real estate developers and management companies. The system significantly enhances the user experience, as brokers do not need to visit Dubai Land Department offices for various real estate transactions and verifications.

Approved financial institutions in Mollak can integrate with this API to get real time updates and full data of approved service charge rate for each community with detailed breakdown for their regulated accounts. This increases the operational efficiency of the financial institution to obtaining real time updates and provide valuable services to all their stakeholders and beneficiaries of the freehold real estate community. This is available only for Mollak registered banks.

The Dubai Brokers API service designed to empower end users with real-time access to broker card and broker office information. The Virtual Account API allows approved banks to seamlessly integrate with Mollak to manage the full lifecycle of virtual accounts for JOP communities. This includes account creation, closure, and real-time credit notifications for payments received through virtual accounts.

The Supplier Details API provides banks with access to RERA-approved supplier data for each community’s approved service charge budget. This service ensures that supplier payments are routed only to authorized vendors and remain aligned with the current year’s approved budgets.

The Authorized Signatories API keeps banks continuously updated with the latest list of approved signatories for each property management company registered in Mollak. It ensures alignment between the bank’s internal ledger and Mollak’s official records.

Token Sale initiates the bulk sale of property tokens to investors once the initial token sale for a property has reached a 100% subscription threshold. It manages the transition from the first issuance round to subsequent secondary or follow-on sale rounds within DLD's tokenization framework.

Inputs: Property title deed number / identifier, confirmed first-sale completion status, and the requested token sale batch details (quantity, price per token).

Outputs: Confirmation of the initiated token sale batch, including a transaction reference, sale status, and updated token ownership records.

Use case: Once a property's first tokenization round is fully subscribed, the platform calls this API to open a new bulk sale round, allowing additional investors to acquire tokens in the next issuance phase.

Enables registered developers to submit property payment records to the Trust Account System (TAS) in bulk — up to 20 records per upload — directly from their own sales or finance systems. Payment plans, amounts and dates are validated against approved project data before submission, and every record can be tracked through its DLD-issued procedure number.

The Oqood–TAS Bank Integration APIs enable participating banks to connect their escrow account systems with Dubai Land Department's Trust Account System (TAS) through the Noqodi Payment Gateway. The integration supports the reporting of escrow inflows, processing of TAS-initiated outflow payments, buyer payment allocation, transaction and balance inquiries, and payment status updates. This improves transaction visibility, supports timely processing, and enables efficient reconciliation of off-plan project escrow accounts.
