Q. Is the training conducted in English or Arabic?

A. The training is conducted only in English.

Q. Can I apply for the training if my visa is not under the company?

A. You can still apply for the training even if the visa is not under the company.

Q. Will I get the certificate?

A. Yes, you will be receiving the course of completion certificate.

Q. Is there any exam after the training?

A. No, there is no exam after the training. However, exams are conducted separately for certain categories such as brokers.

Q. How do I pay for the training?

A. Payment can be made online via noqodi payment gateway with Noqodi wallet or by credit/debit card.

Q. I am not able to attend the training, how can I reschedule it?

A. You can send email to support@dubailand.gov.ae to reschedule your course.

Q. What are the documents to be submitted for Oqood Master and Individual training?

A. Required documents for Oqood Master and Individual training:

• Copy of company trade license
• Authorization Letter(must be on company letter head and signed and stamped by authorized person and submitted in original)
• Power of attorney (If authorized signature not part of trade license)
• Passport/ Visa/ Emirates Id of the signatory person.
• Passport Copy with Visa page for requested user
• If the requested user person visa is not from the same company then NOC from sponsor is required.
