In case of financing institutions and banks:
A letter including the amendment

1- The sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the developer and the purchaser
2- In case that the purchaser is a minor, the sale and purchase contract shall be signed by the guardian and a copy of the guardian’s passport or ID shall be attached.
3- Attaching the amendment annex signed by both parties

Step II: Selecting a property, filling in the details, attaching the documents, and selecting the payment method
Step III: Sending the application on-line
Step IV: Receipt of the output via an e-mail message sent to the purchaser
