Amendment of real estate details application

This service allows the owner to amend a property data, including:
• The area of the property
• The type of property
• The property number, in case of a villa, building or unit
• The status of the property
• The property store

1- A plan approved by the planning authorities
2- A no objection letter (NOC) from the developer
3- A copy of the sales contract (in case of purchasing an additional parking lot/store)

AED 250 fee for title deed
100 for a land map of lands outside of the jurisdiction of Dubai Municipality

Step I: A customer will move to a service center - Real Estate Services trustee Centers
Step II: A customer will submit the required documents to an employee, to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III: The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee and shall be audited
Step IV: A customer pays the fees
Step V: Receiving the title deed via e-mail

Via Dubai REST App or the website of the Land Department
Step I: Signing up and creating an account (if the customer signs up for the first time) or log in and selecting the user type
Step II: Selecting the service, filling in the details, and attaching the requirements
Step III: Selecting the payment method and paying the fees
Step IV: Receiving the Certificate of Title / Title deed by electronically (On-line ).
