This service allows customers to apply for issuing a Statement of Customer Property or a Certificate of Satisfaction of Property Management Requirements. The entity to which the statement or certificate will be submitted must be specified.

1-Original Emirates ID Card

Via the service centre:
Step 1: The customer visits one of the real estate service trustee centres
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the employee, and is verified and approved
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The title deed is handed over to the customer

Via Dubai REST:
Step 1: Register and create an account (if the customer is not already registered) or login through the application and choose the type of user
Step 2: choose the service, fill in the data, and attach all the required documents
Step 3: choose a payment method and pay the fees
Step 4: The transaction is verified and completed
Step 5: The customer is notified of the completion of the transaction and receive the title deed through courier companies

Step 1: The customer sends the required documents via e-mail
Step 2: The supervisor makes sure that the documents are complete and distributes the procedures to the employees
Step 3: the employee enters the transaction data into the system
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 6: The application is completed and the ownership certificate is sent by e-mail
