In November, the rent market reached 53,086 registered leases, of which 60.51 percent were new contracts while 39.49 percent were renewed. The annual contracts acquired 89.05 percent of the total contracts, while 10.95 percent were non-annual.
With 36,785 registered leases for residential purposes, they contributed to 69.29 percent of the total contracts, while 29.87 percent were registered for commercial purposes.
November 2022’s annual contracts witnessed a 7.46 percent increase with 47,272 contracts compared to 43,992 contracts in November 2021.
The registered commercial contracts reached 15,859 leases in November compared to 14,283 contracts in November 2021 to witness a year-on-year increase of 11.19 percent, while the monthly performance witnessed a 3.65 percent increase compared to October 2022. Furthermore, the new contracts witnessed a slight increase of 0.34 percent compared to October 2022 by reaching 32,123 registered contracts.
