This service allows the owner of the project land to change the development company after fulfilling all the requirements, while not violating the contractual obligations with the investors.

1- An official letter requesting to change the developer, attached to a copy of the development license for the new developer
2- A pledge to bear all financial obligations of the previous developer, the old credit issued in the name of the previous developer
3- A copy of the notice addressed to the investors
4- Fill out an advertisement form and upload it after 15 days from the date of the last advertisement
1- A decision of the Judicial Committee for the canceled and incomplete projects stating the acquisition of the project or a copy of the agreement between the first party (the current developer) and the second party (the new developer) stating the acquisition is available
2 - 15 days should have passed since the date of the last announcement to change the project developer in order to allow customers to submit the request.

Step 1: Submit the application through the system with a no-objection letter from the main developer of the project.
Step 2: Upload the required documents through the system, fill out the advertisement form, and upload it. Note that you can only do this 15 days from the date of the last advertisement.
Step 3: Verify and accept or reject the application.
Step 4: The change in the system will take place as soon as the application is accepted.
Step 5: Receive the certificate through the electronic system
